Role Overview:

You will work with our art director on building high performing visual layouts using research. Creating low and high fidelity wireframes and communicating how things should work and feel for our engineering/development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage global sales materials, including presentations, decks, and graphic design elements
  • Design and review the Marketing department’s budget. Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Set departmental OKRs to ensure that Marketing investment is being used to maximize impact.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate and execute global event marketing activities, from planning to execution.
  • Foster and maintain partnerships and co-marketing opportunities with businesses across the regions.
  • Implement traditional and digital marketing efforts and campaigns tailored to specific markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product team to understand their needs and provide timely marketing support.
  • Ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives to maximize impact and reach across all regions.
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.
  • Build relationships with media and increase brand awareness through creative PR strategies.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives.
  • Track competitors’ activities and mark

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a global marketing role, preferably at a B2B company or Fintech.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and market research.
  • In-depth understanding of different marketing channels.
  • Analytical and creative thinking.
  • Fluent in English

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Vietnamese, Malay, Mandarin, or Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
  • Graphic design proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Copywriting Background in Advertisement.
  • Knowledge of fundamental UX principles.
  • Experience with Performance Marketing Channels (Google Adwords, Meta Ads, etc)
  • Knowledge of SEO, Email Marketing, and/or Hubspot

Client Acquisition Specialist

Role

You will work with our art director on building high performing visual layouts using research. Creating low and high fidelity wireframes and communicating how things should work and feel for our engineering/development team.

About The Role

You will work with our art director on designing a layout and style guide based on the brand identity of our clients.

Conducting research and being able to evolve your design capabilities with the industry.

You will need great communication skills as you will be working directly with both our art director and the development team.

Experience in either Adobe XD or Figma is required.
